Overview

APTIM Energy Transitions is seeking a Project Analyst - Energy Rebate Programs to support the HOMES and HEAR teams. The role involves technical and administrative support for Home Energy Rebate Programs under the Inflation Reduction Act. You will work under the Operations Manager, manage program design in line with DOE guidance, perform data analytics and reporting, and provide project management support.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Support administration, implementation, and verification of energy projects.
  • Develop DOE aligned reporting and executive summaries.
  • Create and streamline processes with program leadership.
  • Conduct QA/QC and support contract management efforts.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and use project management tools.
  • Review project applications for compliance.
  • Maintain and update system databases accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with APTIM quality, safety and OSHA regulations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3-5+ years' program/project management experience, particularly in energy program management and administration. Candidates must be detail-oriented, independent, and skilled in data analysis, communication, and Microsoft Office.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

CEM, PMP or similar certification is advantageous along with 2+ years in the energy efficiency industry. Knowledge of residential energy efficiency technologies and familiarity with project management and analytics software is preferred.
