About The Role

The Partner Growth Lead will manage and expand a portfolio of partner accounts, with a primary focus on retention, expansion, and long-term value creation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about accelerating revenue through deepened relationships, strategic account planning, and exceptional partner experience. Serving as a trusted advisor, the Partner Growth Lead will work closely with partners to understand their business objectives, align solutions to their growth strategies, and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of partner accounts, maintaining full quota responsibility across renewals and expansion
  • Develop and execute renewal and growth strategies aligned with april’s product vision, partner ecosystem, and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong, executive-level partner relationships through proactive engagement and value-based consultation
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with partner objectives and fintech use cases
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), renewal discussions, and expansion planning with key partner stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account documentation within CRM systems

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, account management or partner management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or technology platforms
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles with strong renewal, retention, and expansion performance
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Proven ability to navigate complex partner organizations, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and longer sales cycles
