About AppsFlyer and the Data Collaboration Suite
The advertising ecosystem is breaking due to privacy regulations, the death of third-party cookies, and platform restrictions, dismantling traditional data infrastructure. AppsFlyer is building the next generation with its Data Collaboration Suite, enabling companies to collaborate on data without exposing user-level information. This suite isn't patching the old world; it's creating a new one with a mission to make privacy-safe data collaboration the standard.
The suite comprises three products at different stages:
- DCP: Focuses on first-party data collaboration without exposure, enabling previously impossible partnerships and scaling with enterprise clients.
- Signal Hub: Transforms privacy-constrained signals into actionable marketing insights, currently in a zero-to-one development phase.
- Audiences: A mature activation product with hundreds of customers and significant ARR.
The team operates as a startup inside AppsFlyer, characterized by a small team, big targets, and full P&L ownership across product, engineering, sales, and marketing, with no safety net. The Role: VP Product
AppsFlyer is seeking a VP Product to serve as the GM's true partner on the build side. This is not a role for a roadmap manager or feature prioritizer, but for a leader who owns outcomes across three diverse products, makes tough decisions with incomplete information, and ships innovations that redefine market standards. You will lead a product team comprising Directors, Senior ICs, Designers, and Analysts. This role involves close partnership with the VP R&D on feasibility and the VP GTM on market viability. You will be instrumental in every strategic decision and engage directly with customers who are betting their businesses on AppsFlyer's solutions.
What You'll Do
- Set comprehensive product strategy across three products at radically different lifecycle stages, making crucial resource trade-offs between them.
- Lead the AI transformation, evolving from mere "AI-powered features" to core products indispensable to customers.
- Translate deep product insight into commercial advantage through effective packaging, pricing, and positioning that secures deals.
- Bridge the gap between the build and sell sides, ensuring engineering understands market needs and Go-to-Market strategies align with product capabilities.
- Maintain proximity to customers to anticipate their needs before they are articulated.
- Build and develop a high-performing team capable of operating effectively even without your direct presence.
What Success Looks Like
- Achieve revenue targets across all three products.
- Earn the GM's full trust to make independent product decisions.
- Forge a product-engineering-GTM partnership that sets a benchmark in the industry.
- Ship AI capabilities that become benchmarked by customers in their own board presentations.
Requirements
Must have:
- VP or Senior Director experience in B2B SaaS with full ownership of strategy, roadmap, and team.
- Proven leadership of a product team of 5+, including senior PMs and cross-functional ICs.
- Experience building products across various lifecycle stages: zero-to-one, scaling, and mature.
- Ability to operate effectively in a resource-constrained, high-stakes environment, demonstrating a fight for wins.
- Strong technical fluency, enabling deep engagement with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
- Exceptional executive presence, comfortable interacting with customers, partners, and senior leadership.
Nice To Have:
- Background in data, privacy, adtech, martech, or B2B platforms.
- Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies (e.g., clean rooms, secure computation).
- Prior exposure to AppsFlyer as a customer, partner, or employee.
