About the Role
The Support Team Leader role at AppsFlyer requires leading experienced Support Engineers and scaling the Support function efficiently. This high-impact leadership position focuses on operational efficiency using automation, Gen AI, dashboards, and debug tools.
What You Will Do
- Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and scale a team of approximately 5 experienced Support Engineers, hire and mentor team members, drive accountability, and define team KPIs with regular reporting cadences. Build and scale internal workflows using automation, dashboards, Gen AI, and data-driven tooling.
- Customer Impact & Growth: Handle technical cases hands-on, manage critical customer conversations, streamline triage from root cause analysis to resolution, and collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to solve complex technical issues.
What You Have
8–10 years of experience in Technical Support or Client-Facing Engineering roles, with at least 4 years in people management. You have strong stakeholder management, a calm customer-first mindset, hands-on proficiency with SQL, REST APIs, Mobile SDKs, and a deep understanding of mobile architecture and analytics flows.
