Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Identify tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership.
  • Analyze product usage and client feedback to uncover opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in Account Management, SaaS sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through renewals and upsells.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms.
