Join a dynamic, international telecom team and contribute to building tomorrow’s 5G networks. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge mobile and fixed networks with leading vendors such as Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, and ZTE. You will be part of a team of 40 Radio Optimization Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Propose and test RAN strategy evolutions (spectral strategies, mobility, load management, energy efficiency, hardware upgrades, 2G/3G decommissioning) for Huawei and Ericsson networks.
- Perform network consistency checks, including RF and transmission audits.
- Support radio design activities: coverage and capacity studies.
- Analyze field measurements and end-to-end network traces.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering (BAC+5 or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in radio optimization, including at least 2 years in a similar role (ZTE equipment).
- Proficiency in radio coverage simulation, drive test analysis (TEMS Discovery), and end-to-end protocol analysis (Anritsu, Exfo).
- Strong teamwork, leadership, adaptability, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven track record on Optimization, & ZTE are required for the role.
