Overview

The Program Administrator ensures program integrity and manages essential administrative and technical tasks. This role collaborates with internal teams and partners to maintain accurate enterprise data, manage registrations, and support compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain, file, and store compliance data according to federal, state, and grant guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director to support program and hiring partner goals.
- Assist in customer satisfaction and program implementation expectations.
- Work cross-functionally to support state and federal grant requirements.
- Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and reports with the Enterprise team.
- Monitor trends in program administration for process improvements.
- Address email inquiries and support special projects as needed.
