About the Role

As the Senior Associate Full Stack Web Developer, you will focus on implementing sophisticated user interfaces and seamless user experiences for a health assessment tablet application. You will work closely with the development lead to deliver pixel-perfect implementations that emphasize frontend excellence while maintaining full-stack capabilities for backend integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement complex, responsive user interfaces from design mockups with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Develop sophisticated form flows and multi-step user experiences with smooth animations and transitions.
• Build interactive visualizations and dashboard components with attention to visual design details.
• Create responsive, tablet-optimized interfaces with excellent touch interactions and mobile UX.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs to handle data flow and error states gracefully.
• Optimize UI performance including smooth animations and responsive interactions.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure design fidelity and propose UI/UX improvements.
• Implement comprehensive form validation and user feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure cross-device compatibility across various tablet sizes.

Must-Have:

• At least 4+ years in full-stack web development with strong UI/UX implementation experience.
• Proven ability to convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.
• Experience in building tablet-optimized and mobile-first web applications with excellent UX.
• Expertise in developing complex form flows, animations, and real-time UI updates.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and modern coding tools.

Technologies:

Frontend: Next.js 15+, React 19+, TypeScript, TailwindCSS/Styled Components.

State Management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar solutions.

UI/Animation: Framer Motion, React Spring, CSS animations.

Forms & Validation: React Hook Form, Zod/Yup validation.

API Integration: RESTful APIs, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE).

Mobile/Responsive: Progressive Web Apps (PWA), responsive design, touch optimization.

Development Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Vercel), code review processes.

Performance: Lighthouse optimization, Core Web Vitals, lazy loading.
