Ideal Candidate:
- Strong design sense and passion for UI experimentation
- Experience with personal projects, websites or Figma designs
- Student or fresher graduating around 2026
- Consistent weekly time commitment with flexible hours
- Attention to detail in shadows, border-radius, colors, and spacing
What You’ll Do:
- Rework Applyo’s web UI for enhanced visual hierarchy and consistency
- Convert Figma screens into pixel-perfect React components
- Write semantic HTML, modern CSS using Flexbox/Grid, and clean JSX
- Maintain a component library and design tokens
- Add micro-interactions/animations using Motion/Framer Motion
- Catching and fixing UI bugs; ensuring cross-browser/device consistency
Must Have Skills:
- React fundamentals including components and state management
- HTML & CSS: Flexbox, Grid, responsiveness, typography, and accessibility
- Ability to read Figma files and replicate design details
- Git basics including branching, commits, and pull requests
- Familiar with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Motion/Framer Motion, GSAP
- Experience with CSS Modules, Styled Components or Sass
- Knowledge of Storybook, Radix or Headless UI is a plus
