The Junior Project Administrator role at Apply4U supports project managers and delivery teams across various business projects. This fully remote UK-based role is ideal for those starting their career in project coordination, administration, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, and documentation
- Organise virtual meetings and prepare agendas
- Take meeting notes and track follow-up actions
- Assist with reporting, project updates, and status reports
- Manage project inboxes and internal communications
- Update project systems and maintain accurate digital records
- Support general administrative tasks across project delivery
Requirements
Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service, or coordination roles (including internships) is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is essential. Exposure to project tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or MS Project is a plus.

This role offers a competitive entry-level salary between £23,000 – £27,000 depending on experience.
