Job Description
IT Support Specialist
Join Apply4U's remote IT team to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for a growing UK-based remote workforce. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and immediate interview opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues.
- Support Windows, Mac devices, Microsoft 365, email, and business applications.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and remote access.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration.
- Log tickets accurately, keep users updated, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain secure and reliable remote systems.

Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or Technical Support.

Bonus Skills
- Active Directory, Entra ID, or endpoint management experience.
