IT Support Specialist

Join Apply4U's remote IT team to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for a growing UK-based remote workforce. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and immediate interview opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues.
  • Support Windows, Mac devices, Microsoft 365, email, and business applications.
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and remote access.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration.
  • Log tickets accurately, keep users updated, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain secure and reliable remote systems.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or Technical Support.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable home office and stable internet.

Bonus Skills

  • Active Directory, Entra ID, or endpoint management experience.
  • Experience with remote support tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RMM tools.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
  • Exposure to Azure, Google Workspace, or SaaS environments.
