Job Description
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly organised Remote Order Administrator to join their growing operations team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys accuracy, process-driven work, and supporting customers in a fast-paced environment.
As an Order Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from initial processing through to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately within CRM / ERP systems
- Verify pricing, quantities, delivery details, and product information
- Liaise with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams
- Track order progress and provide customer updates
- Manage amendments, cancellations, and returns
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Support invoicing and basic order-related finance admin
- Ensure work meets internal SLAs and service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in order processing, sales support, operations administration, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Confident using CRM, ERP, or order management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience in e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Experience working with KPIs or order volume targets
- Exposure to remote team environments
