About the Role
The Project Coordinator role in our Marketing Services Team involves managing CRM marketing projects, collaborating with strategy, creative and email production teams, and serving as a conduit between Customer Success Managers, clients, and internal teams. This position provides exposure to both startup and marquee brands in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project resources to meet deadlines.
- Assist Customer Success Managers with client support.
- Customize deliverables, track tasks and communications.
- Participate in internal meetings and ticket client requests.
- Identify and remove roadblocks for on-time project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years in project management.
- 1+ years experience with a marketing team or as a marketing client.
- Strong project management, accountability, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing programs, A/B testing, and analytics is a plus.
