Position Overview
We’re searching for a Software Engineer or a Senior Software Engineer to join our Applied Epic team in a remote role. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering results, a passion for quality, and the ability to solve technical problems while simplifying and scaling solutions. You’ll partner with our global team of engineers and product managers designing, architecting, building, and testing impactful products. Success requires fluency in SaaS-based application development, test automation, analytical skills, and unwavering dedication to software quality.
What You’ll Do: Software Engineer
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of releasable, high-quality software.
- Author code aligned with internal standards and guidance from architects.
- Develop, maintain, and update automated test systems.
- Assess the impact of changes by actively engaging in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions.
- Monitor application performance in production and non-production environments.
- Debug and resolve application errors and performance issues.
- Continuously learn about new tools and technologies.
As a Senior Software Engineer, You’ll Also:
- Support the team by sharing comprehensive feedback during code reviews and providing guidance for complex technical problem solving.
- Contribute to technical decisions by identifying opportunities and risks.
- Share knowledge of software development languages, frameworks, testing strategies, and tools.
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation.
Your Experience May Include:
Software Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with .NET/C#, React/TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL Server, OpenAPI, Apigee.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices (SDLC, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations).
- Experience with cloud environments and cloud applications (DataDog, GitLab, Kubernetes).
Senior Software Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with the tech stack above.
- Experience providing guidance and support to other software engineers.
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts.
- Proven ability to advance technical discussions and contribute to positive team communication.

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from USD 100K – USD 150K. Actual compensation will be determined by various factors including depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities.
