Position Overview
Applied Systems is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join the Customer Support team. This remote position values team collaboration, diverse experiences, and the willingness to take risks while delivering better outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop eLearning modules, videos, and materials.
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain content libraries and version controls.
- Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to validate learning objectives.
- Stay updated with industry standards and learning technologies.
- Support various training projects and initiatives as required.
Your Experience & Qualifications
The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development. Candidates should have a successful track record in dynamic, results-oriented environments, strong creative problem-solving skills, and experience in designing and implementing effective training programs. Knowledge in multimedia training tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia is essential. Additional skills in LMS, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Salesforce or case management are advantageous.
