Position Overview
The Manager, Cloud Operations role is part of our global Cloud Services team and is fully remote. You will lead a team of engineers responsible for administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting SaaS solutions, coordinating daily operations, managing incidents and changes, while ensuring secure customer data handling and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a 24x7 operations team ensuring optimal productivity.
- Build relationships with Cloud Services and Client Experience leadership.
- Define and refine robust operations processes focusing on uptime.
- Ensure compliance with secure data handling policies.
- Create and maintain change management documentation.
- Provide advanced technical assistance and escalation support.
Candidate Experience
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years technical support experience in Windows environments, 2+ years leadership experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production service role. Salary & Work Details
This role follows a 4x10 shift schedule on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (9:00 PM to 7:30 AM CST). The starting base salary in the US ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 USD.
