Key Responsibilities

The FSI Data Governance Analyst will support Finance Data Governance processes by:

  • Defining project objectives, outcomes, and milestones.
  • Ensuring projects follow specifications, budgets, and schedules.
  • Documenting project phases, process details and compliance.
  • Maximizing resource utilization and productivity.

In addition, the role involves assisting in SAP ECC, MDG, COPA, BPC, Databricks integrations and serving as a data steward for Finance Master Data. Responsibilities include governance, cleansing procedures, dashboard development, mentoring junior analysts, delivering training, and supporting global master data requests.

Other Requirements

This role may require physical activities (standing, walking, bending, lifting) and work in a clean room with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Required Skills & Functional Knowledge

  • Understanding of SAP Finance capabilities and financial processes.
  • Effective communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Advanced problem solving, project management, and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliation templates.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems or related field with 3-5 years experience. Project management experience and PMP certification are preferred.
