About the Role
The Cybersecurity Risk & Privacy Specialist is responsible for managing the OneTrust tool to enable Privacy by Design principles and ensuring security standards are in place with Secure by Default & Secure by Design principles. This role involves assessing risks, creating security measures to mitigate the risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
OneTrust Platform Management:
- Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing OneTrust modules (e.g., Data Mapping, Consent Management, DPIA, Vendor Risk Management).
- Manage API development and configuration to integrate with other systems.
Privacy Program Support:
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) using the OneTrust platform.
Security Risk Assessments:
- Conduct risk assessments for applications and business processes.
- Monitor and assess cybersecurity risks, and support mitigation strategies.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with global data protection laws and frameworks.
- Understanding of global privacy laws and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Legal, IT, Security, and Compliance teams to align Cybersecurity & Privacy initiatives with business goals.
Audit & Reporting:
- Generate reports and dashboards to track metrics and demonstrate compliance.
Qualifications:
- 4 - 7 years of experience in information security, governance, and risk management.
- Very good knowledge of security & compliance frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
- Solid understanding of information security policies and procedures.
- Proficient in security technologies and knowledge of network and application security principles.
- Proven ability to work in emergencies, with the flexibility to handle multiple high-priority situations simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with the OneTrust tool.
- Excellent time management, reporting, and communication skills.
- Certification in any security area is preferred.
