Job Description for Host

As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service, and help maintain smooth guest flow in the restaurant. The role calls for effective communication, commitment to making an impact, and the ability to meet physical requirements such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating in a demanding environment.

Physical and Safety Standards
- Remain stationary for up to four hours.
