Role Overview
The Quality Engineer for Apple Services Engineering will drive a global quality strategy for client and server releases. You will define KPIs, generate data-driven insights, and lead Executive Quality Reviews while supporting compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
You will manage multiple concurrent projects from chartering to testing, oversee change management, and lead high-visibility partner presentations. Additional duties include:
- Defining and tracking KPIs
- Generating actionable test metric reports
- Managing scope, timeline, and resources
- Stakeholder management and risk assessments
- Documenting annual compliance requirements and maintaining program framework
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead a team of skilled engineers and program managers by providing guidance and fostering collaboration. Work closely with the compliance team to promote best practices and improve program management processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 5 years of engineering program/project management experience
- 7+ years working with cross-functional teams on large-scale software projects
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance Engineering and SDLC
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PCI, SOC2, SOX, or other compliance audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills with executive leadership
