Role Overview
As a Software QA Automation Engineer on the Applications team, you will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and tools to test consumer apps and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop test automation frameworks.
- Implement automation tools for API and UI testing.
- Monitor and analyze test results, maintaining test case databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in automation with languages like Python, Java, or Swift.
- At least 1+ years as a Software Engineer in Test.
- Proficiency in using CI tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with Git version control systems.
- Familiarity with API testing and native app frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Software Engineer in Test roles.
- Proficiency in manual/UI testing and tool development.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range is between $181,100 and $272,100 based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additional benefits include stock options, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, education reimbursement, and more.
