Description
APPLE INC has an opening for a Project Manager in New York, New York. In this role, you will serve as a technology project manager, managing the end-to-end process of software development for new tools. You will collaborate with a cross-solution team to ensure timely project completion and that solutions are delivered to business partners as expected.
Beyond traditional project management, you will perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure products meet requirements set by business partners. This includes facilitating UAT sessions with clients, communicating results, and relaying resolutions to the engineering team. You will also provide system training to clients and develop comprehensive training materials.
As the primary interface between the engineering team and clients, you will gain sign-off on scope and schedule. Responsibilities further include managing the technology roadmap, scoping, and implementation of critical business applications within Real Estate and Development. You will act as a liaison between Real Estate and Development business units and Apple's Corporate IT teams, ensuring technology projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 2 years of experience with Technical Project Management, focusing on developing new software solutions.
- 2 years of experience with Data Analysis to improve software usage.
- 2 years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software quality.
- 2 years of experience with System Design to identify software functionality and data flow.
- 2 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver software solutions.
- 2 years of experience with User Interface (UI) design to ensure the correct user interface is built for the application.
- 2 years of experience with Data Reporting to determine if software is working as expected.
- Experience with Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge.
- Experience with Data Visualization and Dashboard Creation.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this Project Manager role is between $137,900 - $207,300/yr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
