Role Summary
At Data Solutions & Initiatives (DSI), under the Worldwide Sales Organization, you will design complex data products. This is a technical role where you own the end-to-end design process—from ambiguous problem framing to high-fidelity execution. You will prototype with code, facilitate workshops, and design intuitive user experiences bridging complex financial algorithms and AI driven toolsets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive clarity in ambiguous business problems like predictive sales modeling.
- Build functional prototypes using HTML, CSS, and React.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and asset generation.
- Design transparent interfaces that explain AI model predictions.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams.
- Maintain and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and articulate design decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 7 years experience in Product Design or UX with a portfolio of complex applications. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript/React, and a strong background in integrating AI tools, strategic facilitation, design systems, and data fluency are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Fintech or Enterprise Data Solutions, designing for Explainable AI or predictive data models, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Adaptability and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment are key.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges between $181,100 and $272,100. Additional incentives include stock programs, bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and potential relocation support.
