Description
As a Numbers Software Engineer, Visual Productivity, you will contribute to exciting features in tables, charts, and spreadsheets used across Apple apps like Freeform, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages. You will:
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and producers to brainstorm, prototype, and ship new interactions.
- Utilize your knowledge of computer science and Apple platforms including SwiftUI.
- Use documentation and debugging tools to understand a large code base, fix bugs, and improve architecture.
- Tackle complex data challenges with datasets containing millions of rows and columns.
- Keep the user experience at the forefront while delivering robust performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with SwiftUI, Swift, and Objective-C
- 3+ years in building, analyzing, and refining software prototypes
- Experience working in large industrial code bases
- Experience presenting demos to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with performance profiling and optimization techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
