About the Role
The Services Marketing Technology team builds bespoke solutions enabling global marketing campaigns to effectively promote digital services. As a creative, innovative, and driven program manager, you will plan and communicate solutions for complex problems while working with cross-functional teams across product, design, marketing, analytics, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Define future direction by understanding business goals and communicating needs to product teams.
- Drive project intake, planning, and execution to meet marketing goals.
- Lead prioritization with stakeholders, clearing blockers, and tracking milestones.
- Document and report status including risks, actions, and milestones.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement advanced technology solutions such as API integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Track project budgets, communicate delivery impacts, and support marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end workflow for campaigns, landing pages, and creative development.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate creative layouts into functional digital formats.
Minimum Qualifications
5-7+ years in project management, product marketing, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of marketing technology strategies, diverse project management techniques including Agile and waterfall, and excellent cross-functional communication skills. Familiarity with web technologies, CMS systems, and workflow tools like JIRA and Confluence is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS Degree, results-oriented mindset, ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate ambiguity, and experience with digital image/video formats and Adobe Creative Cloud. Certifications like PMP, CSM, or SAFe are a plus.
Pay & Benefits
Base pay range is between $141,800 and $213,700, adjusted by skills, location, and experience. Additional benefits include stock programs, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounted products and services, educational reimbursement, and potential relocation support.
