Marketing Producer, Customer Journeys and Marketing at Apple

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Producer to oversee multi-channel marketing campaign planning, development, and execution for our newly launched Creative Studio service as well as other existing services. In this role, you will partner with the Line of Business Marketing lead and all cross-functional Marketing teams including Growth, Media, Marcom, International, Product, PR, and Retail to forecast campaigns, supervise timelines, manage project status trackers, facilitate cross-functional meetings, oversee leadership reviews, and maintain all campaign documentation to ensure overall team alignment. This role will be a key partner with the Customer Journeys design team and is responsible for ensuring that on-product consumer messaging is consistent with off-product external marketing placements.

This is a fast-paced results-oriented team focused on delivering high visibility campaign work to drive our Services business.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 7 years of working experience as a campaign project manager, program manager or marketing operations manager (in-house or digital creative agency experience preferred)
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing platforms (social, paid media, growth, etc…)
- Excellent communicator and ability to work with all levels of management
- Organized, excellent task-tracking experience, and acute attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Proven track record of meeting timelines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
- Passion for learning new things, continuous improvement, and sharing best practices
- Outstanding worth ethic, discreet, and trustworthy
- Confident in making complicated decisions when needed, and able to explain reasoning
- Able to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously
- Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- A passion for Apple, its products, and its customers
- Experience in project management tools such as Wrike, AirTable, Quip, or similar platforms; as well as Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,800 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
