Description

As the Manager of this team, you will hire, lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Technical Program/Project Managers that are tasked with driving complex projects across our Claris platform, responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our tight deadlines and high quality levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish project/program practice, develop and manage a team of Technical Project/Program Managers (TPMs).
• Oversee the program management of various lines of Claris products, ensuring successful, high-quality releases.
• Establish and lead the operating cadence that coordinates the full value chain for product initiatives, managing dependencies from initiation through completion, and tracking realized benefits against intended outcomes after launch.
• Champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the team, fostering a high-performance environment focused on delivering impactful solutions for customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in software engineering project or program management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch.
• 3+ years experience in leading and developing high-performing teams of project managers.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products, emphasizing continuous improvement and operational rigor.
• Extensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop actionable solutions in the GenAI space.
• Familiar with SaaS-specific rhythms (monthly releases, continuous deployment pipelines, SLAs).

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $208,400 and $313,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
