The Siri User Experience team collaborates with hardware and software partners to deliver groundbreaking Siri experiences across all platforms. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who possess the ability to get results within highly cross-functional teams.

Description

You will drive programs and/or projects, including leading feature definition, system architecture, timelines, milestones, and risk management to ensure an on-time delivery of features. This includes collaborating with multiple partner organizations and various disciplines such as Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver highly integrated experiences.

  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of system architecture, design trade-offs with thorough understanding of testing, build and release processes for complex software. Should have Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and resolve conflicts within large, complex teams. Must demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a product mentality.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and the ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with voice assistant technology.
  • Experience in delivering user-facing software features and driving full-stack development.
