Job Description

Summary

Apple is where individual imaginations gather together, committing to the values that lead to great work. Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other’s ideas stronger. That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better. It’s the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do. When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives. Here, you’ll do more than join something — you’ll add something.

Apple’s AIML Data Operations Communications team is focused on inspiring, informing, and connecting Apple employees with the impact of the world-class data we provide. Our team works to deliver exceptional content in many forms—events, video, text, graphic design, motion, and more. We are excited by the many ways we can create inspiring and memorable content and experiences.

  • Work with leaders through forecasting, planning and replanning processes to address changing needs within a large organization.
  • Owning the end-to-end design and creative process, establishing briefing structure and documentation of processes from concept to completion, and be accountable for the quality of all outgoing work.
  • Owning key stakeholder relationships to influence all levels within the organization on design vision and gain support.
  • Establish cross functional relationships to keep track of upcoming milestones to balance the workload throughout the year.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Communication Design, Information Design, Interaction Design (IxD), User Experience (UX) Design, Digital Media Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience leading design projects from ideation to completion.
  • Demonstration of strategy development that is thoughtful, clear, inspiring, and which ranges from single execution to both short and long form storytelling.
  • Ability to transform highly complex information into meaningful and clear narratives for executive and org-level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • Experience innovating and creating new design proposals based on user and business needs.
  • Foster a culture of design excellence by inspiring and empowering the team to experiment and push boundaries.
