Role Overview
As an Apple Store Manager, you lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving performance goals and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and empower team members to achieve performance and developmental goals.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing, diverse team.
- Engage in Floor Leadership to model exceptional customer service and meet business priorities.
- Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Drive business priorities and execute operational strategies in assigned areas.
- Maintain company policies, procedures and protect confidential information.
- Foster an inclusive environment and be a role model in leadership behaviors.
Qualifications
Minimum: Availability per business needs, proficiency in written and spoken English, and retail/sales leadership experience.
Preferred: Ability to exceed goals, follow through on commitments, instill trust, make timely decisions using analytics, communicate effectively, mentor, and resolve conflict in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additional benefits include employee stock programs, comprehensive medical/dental coverage, retirement benefits, product discounts, educational reimbursement, and potential discretionary bonuses or relocation support.
