- Educate & Advise: Conduct roof inspections, explain options, and prepare tailored proposals.
- Deliver a Sweeter Experience: Provide concierge-style service ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with leads and customers.
- Represent Apple Roofing: Act as a professional brand ambassador in the community and online.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural communicator who easily builds trust.
- Organized and detail-oriented in managing multiple clients.
- Driven to exceed goals with a hunger for growth.
- Physically capable of roof inspections, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred; roofing or construction background a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
