Overview

The Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team at Apple drives fraud mitigation, business process optimization, and customer experience improvement using automation and analytics. As an AppleCare Fraud Project Manager, you will lead in-channel fraud mitigation efforts, manage projects, align processes, and innovate new solutions while working with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute fraud mitigation efforts for AppleCare.
  • Collaborate with Fraud Prevention leadership to drive scalable projects.
  • Support initiatives that optimize customer experience and workflow efficiency.
  • Work with data scientists, engineers, program managers, and fraud investigators.
  • Supervise operational metrics on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in warranty protection or service.
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis.
  • 5+ years experience managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in fraud prevention or warranty service.
  • Ability to strategically problem-solve while focusing on detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, team player, and adaptable in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
