Role Summary
The Solution Delivery Manager builds and nurtures trusted customer relationships to implement Applause’s SaaS digital quality testing solutions. This role is key in managing customer engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and expanding solution opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead multiple customer engagements implementing digital quality testing solutions
- Develop strong customer relationships and trusted adviser status
- Create management, execution, and communication plans
- Provide strategy leadership, analyzing test data and coverage
- Gather testing requirements and translate into actionable projects
- Leverage a global community of testers to exceed expectations
- Ensure project success by managing deliverables and milestones
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to feed back client insights
- Pursue solution expansion within the active customer base
Job Requirements and Preferred Skills
- B.A./M.A or MBA with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong strategic and tactical project management skills
- Proven client-facing and communication skills
- Fluency in Hebrew and excellent English language skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- First interview conducted in English
