AI Automation Engineer

About the Role

Join Appetiser Apps as an AI Automation Engineer and help build internal automation systems that transform dreams into reality. You will use powerful no-code tools such as Coda, ClickUp, Zapier, and HubSpot to design, develop, and deploy automation workflows. You will also champion company-wide process optimization through AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build internal automation systems using no-code tools.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI and low-code automation workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Explore and test new technologies to enhance system performance.
• Manage data architecture and oversee data projects.
• Plan and execute automation projects with effective risk management.
• Act as a consultant for process optimization and AI-driven strategies.
• Provide clear status updates and post-project analysis.

Requirements

• Determination and ambition with a strong work ethic.
• People leadership skills and a passion for excellence.
• Deep knowledge in no-code or low-code solutions (experience with Coda.io, HubSpot, Zapier & APIs is a bonus).
• Track record in process engineering, automation or development.
• Bonus experience as an Engineer, Data Analyst, Marketer, or Product Manager.
