About You
You are an experienced product manager with a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences. You excel in managing large-scale, customer-facing web products in marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS environments. Your expertise in user-centric design, analytics, and identity management drives enhanced engagement and retention. Excellent communication skills help you translate complex ideas into effective solutions within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Have an Impact
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for end-customer marketplace experiences.
- Customer Engagement Focus: Drive engagement, retention, and cross-sell via UX and workflow improvements.
- Outcome-Driven Decision Making: Set and track key metrics for customer delight and retention.
- Insight Driven Innovation: Lead customer discovery and analysis to identify quick wins.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrate launches with product marketing and operations teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and create narratives linking work to revenue outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years in product management with large-scale customer-facing product experience.
- Proficiency in identity and account concepts (SAML, SCIM) and user management flows.
- Proven ability to improve retention, conversion, and cross-sell through data-informed testing.
- Experience in complex, cross-team environments and skilled stakeholder management.
- Strong collaborative background with product design and a working knowledge of design systems.
- Analytical skills including SQL or similar analytics tools, experimentation design, and KPI ownership.
- Excellent communication abilities to simplify complex customer challenges.
