Job Context & Objective
In a context of strong international growth, we want to structure and industrialize our Sales department. We are recruiting an SDR (Sales Development Representative) whose mission will be to identify new business opportunities, prospect strategic accounts, and convert decision-makers' interest into concrete opportunities. This position is ideal for a profile wishing to combine modern sales techniques, automation tools (SalesTech), and an understanding of Data issues.
Missions
- Prospecting & Commercial Strategy
- Identify and target high-potential prospects (Large Accounts and Scale-ups) in line with AppASO's expertise.
- Use multi-channel prospecting techniques (Cold Email, LinkedIn, Outbound Calls) to generate qualified appointments.
- Analyze prospect needs to personalize pitches for our App Growth solutions.
- Automation & Sales Ops
- Implement automations to industrialize prospecting (workflows, email sequences, alerts) to maximize contact volume without losing quality.
- Optimize the CRM and use Sales Intelligence tools to enrich our databases.
- Contribute to structuring efficient prospecting pipelines through data.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Measure the performance of prospecting campaigns using precise KPIs (Open rate, response rate, conversion rate).
- Conduct competitive and technological watch on the mobile acquisition market to adjust the sales pitch.
- Build activity monitoring reports for the sales management.
- Client Support & Closing
- Participate in initial discovery meetings with Account Executives.
- Explain our technical solutions (AI, Data Science, ASO) to convince high-level contacts (Marketing, Growth, Digital Directors).
- Prepare performance presentation materials for strategic prospects.
Profile Sought
- Master's student (M1 or M2) in business school or university.
- Strong appetite for Business Development, performance marketing, and the mobile ecosystem.
- Automation skills appreciated: Hubspot, Claude, Gemini...
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and synthesis skills.
- 'Hunter' mindset, persistent, rigorous, and analytical.
- A marked interest in AI and sales process optimization.
