About the Role

The AI Strategy and Innovation Lead - Finance is embedded within the Finance function. This role partners with Apollo's Engineering team to drive AI and next-gen technology strategies that enhance financial services. The position requires expertise in Asset Management Finance and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead AI strategy aligning with business goals.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Partner with Engineering to integrate AI solutions into Finance processes.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate risks related to AI implementations and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on AI applications in finance and provide actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Oversee AI-driven projects ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate AI strategy to finance stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 8+ years' experience in financial services with a strong focus on AI and next-gen technologies is essential. The candidate should have proficiency in AI, machine learning, and data analytics alongside strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $275,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance. Compensation is determined based on multiple factors including candidate experience and geographical considerations.
