The Opportunity

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
You will operate as a key member of the Venture Capital team, working directly with the Partner & Head of Venture Capital. This is a high-responsibility execution role with significant ownership across the full investment lifecycle.
Investment Execution & Due Diligence
- Lead end-to-end due diligence processes on prospective investments, including commercial, financial, strategic, and operational analysis
- Structure investment theses clearly and challenge assumptions with intellectual rigor
- Produce high-quality, investment-grade memoranda for internal committees and external stakeholders, as well as investor reports
- Support in building financial models and scenario analyses
Pipeline Ownership & Deal Flow Management
- Maintain full visibility and control over the investment pipeline
- Track opportunities across stages with discipline and clarity
- Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and internal alignment
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or prioritization issues and proactively resolve them
Portfolio & Value Creation
- Work closely with founders and management teams to support strategic value creation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with our Business Development team
Role Requirements
Must Have Qualifications & Skills
- 4–5+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, high-growth environments or direct investment experience
- Proven experience in executing due diligence processes with strong ability to draft high-quality deliverables and presenting to senior decision-makers
- Experience with financial modelling & analysis
- Proven experience independently managing multiple workstreams under tight timelines
- Strong judgment and high attention to detail combined with strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Clear passion for sports
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience investing in or analyzing companies within sports, media, and entertainment ecosystems
- Exposure to portfolio management and structured value creation programs
- Prior experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial platform, and/or in sports
