Apex Wheels is seeking an experienced International Vendor Manager to build and maintain strategic partnerships with international contract manufacturers.

Objective
The Vendor Manager ensures vendor performance around quality, timeliness, and cost while cultivating long-term relationships.
Job Summary
This role revolves around managing a select group of Southeast Asian manufacturers. Your responsibilities include constant follow-ups, vendor onboarding, performance management, and clear communication. This position demands proactive contract management, negotiation, and regular travel visits to vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture international vendor relationships.
- Develop and enforce vendor contracts and performance scorecards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vendor alignment.
- Lead regular calls, business reviews, and follow-ups.
- Handle vendor disputes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
5+ years of vendor management experience; fluent English and preferably Mandarin; strong supply chain, communication, and organizational skills; ability to travel domestically and internationally; experience with ERP systems and project management.
