Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive IT Field Support Analyst to deliver high-quality onsite and remote support across multiple locations in Germany. This role involves close interaction with business stakeholders and ensuring IT services effectively support operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite & remote IT support (hardware/software)
  • Manage and update tickets via ITSM tools
  • Communicate effectively with users on issue resolution
  • Work with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Monitor systems, backups, and resolve technical issues
  • Identify and address security, GDPR, and infrastructure risks
  • Maintain documentation and follow IT procedures

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel across Germany
  • Valid driving licence
