Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive IT Field Support Analyst to deliver high-quality onsite and remote support across multiple locations in Germany. This role involves close interaction with business stakeholders and ensuring IT services effectively support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite & remote IT support (hardware/software)
- Manage and update tickets via ITSM tools
- Communicate effectively with users on issue resolution
- Work with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Monitor systems, backups, and resolve technical issues
- Identify and address security, GDPR, and infrastructure risks
- Maintain documentation and follow IT procedures
