Technical Support Engineer Spain
Apex Systems is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in Jira and coding exposure in Ruby or Python. You will troubleshoot technical queries, resolve platform issues, and support retail and e-commerce clients in a hybrid working environment in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from Enterprise Partners.
- Manage stakeholder requests using JIRA Service Desk.
- Analyze data with statistical techniques to drive insights.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Development teams.
- Comply with SLA standards while addressing complex challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Technical Diploma or 4+ years related experience.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Experience with telemetry tools (DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with incident and ticket management tools like Jira, Zendesk, and Intercom.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and understanding of Ruby or Python code.
