Technical Support Engineer Spain

Apex Systems is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in Jira and coding exposure in Ruby or Python. You will troubleshoot technical queries, resolve platform issues, and support retail and e-commerce clients in a hybrid working environment in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from Enterprise Partners.
  • Manage stakeholder requests using JIRA Service Desk.
  • Analyze data with statistical techniques to drive insights.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Development teams.
  • Comply with SLA standards while addressing complex challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Technical Diploma or 4+ years related experience.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with telemetry tools (DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with incident and ticket management tools like Jira, Zendesk, and Intercom.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and understanding of Ruby or Python code.
