About the Role

Apex Systems is seeking a highly skilled Technical Onboarding Specialist for a prominent Banking client. This pivotal role involves shaping and executing strategic technical onboarding experiences for financial services clients, focusing on Enterprise Payments. You will lead complex integration projects, enhance customer experience, and develop comprehensive customer-facing training to ensure seamless system integration.

This position requires a deep understanding of both technical and non-technical aspects of client onboarding, coupled with exceptional communication skills to engage various stakeholders. You will drive market benchmarking, gather voice-of-customer insights for specific client segments, and deliver best-in-class technical onboarding processes. Collaboration with Systems Integrators and client developer partners will be crucial to accelerate time-to-market for client integrations, while also tracking and managing time to revenue.

The role demands a blend of technical expertise in API integrations, SFTP, EDI, XML, and TXT Batch Files, alongside strong project management abilities. You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and present effectively to senior leadership.

  • Client: Banking
  • Location: Work-from-Home (with occasional in-office visits as needed to multiple locations)
  • Length: 6+ month Assignment (Long-term project with potential for full-time conversion)
  • Pay: $65 - $70/hour W2

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market benchmarking and voice-of-customer insights for delivering a best-in-class technical onboarding process for a segment of clients.
  • Lead onboarding projects to successfully implement the bank's solutions.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of onboarding content and training materials tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with Systems Integrators and client developer partners to accelerate time-to-market for client integrations.
  • Track and manage time to revenue for client onboardings, ensuring efficient project completion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant customer success experience within FinTech, Banks, or e-Commerce sectors.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in delivering technical onboardings to clients.
  • Sufficient technical expertise to lead technical onboarding projects, including proficiency in API integrations, SFTP, EDI, XML, and TXT Batch Files.
  • Proven experience in project planning and management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in developing client-facing workshop materials specifically for technical onboarding.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including a track record of effective senior leadership presentations.
