Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer early in their career who is excited to build modern, scalable applications and grow as a well-rounded engineer. This role is ideal for someone with strong software fundamentals and exposure to using AI as part of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will work across the stack, contribute to production systems, and be part of a team that values clean code, quality, and modern engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in software development, including internships or academic projects.

Associate Software Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications (frontend + backend).
- Build backend services using Python, Java, or Node.js and work with modern frontend frameworks like React.
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Leverage AI tools to assist in development tasks across the SDLC.
- Participate in system design discussions with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Support applications in production and troubleshoot issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools and workflows.

Technical Skills:
- Programming experience in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with a frontend framework such as React.
- Understanding of web technologies, object-oriented programming, REST APIs, and basic microservices concepts.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Working knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests.
- Exposure to using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of prompt structuring and context handling.
- Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
- Internship or project experience building full stack applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Docker or containerization.
- Experience with CI/CD or automated deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to debugging, monitoring, or production support.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow as a software engineer.
- Interest in modern, AI-enabled development workflows.
- Ownership mindset, able to take tasks from development through support.
- Proactive in sharing knowledge and improving team practices.
