Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years in management/supervisory roles.
- P&L experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with critical thinking abilities.
- Respect for the Skilled Trades or similar industries and a leadership mindset.
