Job Overview

As part of the Investor Services team, you will serve as the primary contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams. Your role involves managing investor documentation, maintaining registries, and conducting AML/KYC reviews while ensuring regulatory compliance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for investor-related queries.
• Review and process investor documentation including AML/KYC checks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new investors.
• Maintain up-to-date fund structures and compliance documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Native Hebrew speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in fund administration or financial services is an advantage.
