Senior Clinical Data Specialist at Aperio Clinical Outcomes
The Opportunity
The Senior Clinical Data Specialist (Sr. CDS) at Aperio Clinical Outcomes is an individual passionate about data, possessing excellent attention to detail, and eager to suggest improvements. This role requires a sharp eye to identify trends and proactively prevent issues, with the ultimate goal of delivering a complete and clean database to the sponsor.
What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for clinical data and query review
- Support system development and validation
- Provide feedback to other DMs and Programmers
- Support the creation and maintenance of data management study documentation
- May have the opportunity to act as a back-up Lead DM
- Produce and review metric reports
- Provide your expertise for risk mitigation and process improvement
- Collaborate cross functionally
- Advocate for Aperio and champion of the company
- Performs other duties - what do you want to learn?
What we are looking for in a candidate
- Must possess strong experience in data review and cleaning
- Oncology experience is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and strong working knowledge of electronic data capture systems (Medidata Rave required)
- Strong Knowledgeable in Clinical Research, ICH GCP, and medical terminology
- Ability to travel occasionally
