About the AI Nurture Team at Apartment List
The AI Nurture team at Apartment List uses cutting-edge AI and GenAI technologies to revolutionize the apartment renting experience. We engage with millions of renters every month, bridging the gap between renters and property managers and building the best AI leasing agent in the industry.
Apartment List fosters a warm, collaborative (“homie”) atmosphere where winning together is key. Our office is located near the Tel-Aviv train station, and we operate under a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days a week in the office.
What You'll Do As An AI Tagger
- Review, classify, and tag diverse text data from multiple sources (emails, voice calls, texts, chatbots)
- Evaluate AI predictions and assess model accuracy—did the AI get it right?
- Identify issues, edge cases, and opportunities to improve the AI models
- Analyze data patterns to help the models learn and perform better
- Suggest product and process improvements to help us build the best AI leasing agent in the industry
Skills and Experience Needed
- Excellent English: strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical curiosity: ability to quickly understand technical products and work comfortably with large datasets
- Strong attention to detail: you can spot subtle issues while still prioritizing what matters most
- Hands-on mindset: you understand that great results require persistence and sometimes tedious work
- Clear communicator: confident and effective in both written and verbal communication
- Organized & accountable: able to manage multiple tasks and keep the team informed on progress
- Team player with a winner’s mindset: you thrive in a “get things done” culture
