Senior Cyber Analyst - Threat Exposure Management

Overview

The Senior Cyber Analyst - Threat Exposure Management role at A.P. Moller - Maersk focuses on managing threat exposures and vulnerabilities in identity environments. The role supports building and running services to identify, validate, and remediate exposures while safeguarding business risk and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of vulnerabilities and exposures across the identity attack surface.
• Execute the full exposure lifecycle including asset discovery, authenticated scanning, and risk-based prioritisation.
• Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Red Team, and Incident Response to validate risks and map findings to adversary TTPs.
• Support continuous improvement through SOPs, playbooks, and process optimisation in VM and CTEM services.
• Produce accurate reporting and dashboards on vulnerabilities, Critically Exposed Assets, and remediation progress.

Job Requirements

Candidates must bring 5-7+ years of enterprise cybersecurity experience with advanced technical expertise in Threat Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, and Identity Security. A robust background in both defensive and offensive security, hands-on exposure analyses, and experience with diverse technology stacks is essential. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or Microsoft Identity and Security are advantageous.

Collaboration & Operational Excellence

Work closely with Identity, Respond, Detect, Protect, Strategy, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely remediation and superior data quality across security platforms.
