Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive global regional product strategies and growth objectives.
  • Implement global standardization and continuous improvement best practices.
  • Plan and track financial performance for product portfolio P&L.
  • Design, coordinate, and manage innovative platform product developments.
  • Develop long-term global pricing strategies and manage tenders.
  • Oversee performance management through KPI reviews and insights.

Product Strategy & Vision

Craft a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, industry trends and customer needs. Drive innovation through digital control towers, data insights, broker orchestration, and operations automation with AI/ML. Gather market research and stakeholder feedback to prioritize product requirements.

Go-to-Market Strategy

Strategize global expansion and integration of Maersk Customs Services with emphasis on ROI, product capabilities and operational footprints. Oversee activations and consistent service delivery across geographies for customs clearance and duty/tax processing.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the primary liaison between regional business teams, HQ, clients, and operations teams ensuring alignment and transparency.

Who We're Looking For

You will lead the strategic development and execution of Maersk’s Customs House Brokerage portfolio. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in customs and trade compliance, you bring deep product management expertise, regulatory knowledge, and digital transformation skills to the table. You should be an innovative thinker, strong communicator, analytical, and customer-centric, with proven leadership managing high performing teams.
