Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead growth and sales strategy contact for Wealth Solutions.
- Collaborate with Regional Leaders, Account Executives, and Producers to drive growth opportunities.
- Lead sales across all Wealth Solutions sub-practices with focus on investment advisory and outsourced CIO solutions.
- Generate new opportunities and build relationships with key prospects in investment business.
- Support business reviews and analysis of sales, pipeline reports, and market trends.
- Coach and develop Wealth Solutions colleagues and educate them on key offers.
Skills and Experience
Candidates need 10+ years of experience in the wealth business, particularly in financial/investment consulting with institutional clients. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field is required; an MBA or CFA is preferred. The role demands strong planning, persuasive communication, and organizational skills along with the capacity to manage a vast sales pipeline.
